Africa Day was celebrated in Nairobi, Kenya, through the organisation of the Africa Group on 22 June. The event was attended by heads of African embassies, as well as the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Musalia Mudavadi, as a guest of honor, on top of members of the diplomatic corps and international organisations accredited in Nairobi.
The Algerian Embassy in Nairobi participated, alongside many African embassies accredited in Kenya, in the commemoration of Africa Day. The Algeria Stand displayed the rich culinary diversity and patrimony of our country through the showcasing of traditional arts, garments and handicrafts, as well as photos that showed the diverse and magnificent landscapes and urban architecture of Algeria.
