The Algerian Embassy in Nairobi commemorated the 72nd anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious Revolution of the 1st of November 1954, held this year under the theme “A Memory of a Country and a Future of a Nation,” by organizing a commemorative gathering.
On this occasion, the national flag was raised to the sound of the national anthem, followed by a minute of silence in tribute to our righteous martyrs and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha in their memory. A speech was also delivered, highlighting the historical significance of the Glorious November Revolution and emphasizing that this year’s theme reflects the importance of preserving national memory and safeguarding the legacy of the Liberation Revolution.
