University Studies in Algeria for Foreign Students
As part of its efforts to enhance academic cooperation and attract international talents, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria announces the opening of registration for foreign students wishing to pursue university studies in Algeria at their own expenses.
Registration for the 2025/2026 academic year has officially begun on April 8 and will remain open until August 10, 2025.
Algerian universities and institutes offer a diverse range of academic programs across various fields and levels, with competitive tuition fees that align with international standards.
To facilitate the registration process, the Ministry has launched a dedicated online platform that provides prospective students with comprehensive information on available programs, tuition costs, and application procedures.
